To join The American Legion Post 103 fill out the form and bring it to the Legion or a meeting. Post dues are $35.
Premier Boys State
Our post is looking for male students who are going into their Senior year of High School to attend Premier Boys State. A 1 week program where they create a mythical 51st state. they will nominate and vote into office individuals for every branch of Government for Local, County and State offices. Premier Girls State is hosted by our Auxiliary anyone interested in that can also contact us and we will pass you information on. Both are held at Eastern Illinois Universaty

The American Legion Youth Police Program
This is a one week program for Youth age 14-16 they will learn from the Illinois State Police the discipline and experience needed if they have an interest in becoming a police officer or anything involved with the police. 1st Annual Veterans Chili Cook-Off
This is a joint effort cook-off between The American Legion Post 103, AmVets post 14, and VFW Post 4168. Each created 2 types of chili to be judged by all visitors who came to the event. Entertainment was provided by Ozzie Pearl. The event was held Jan. 13, 2018 at 1100 at The American Legion open to the public.

Congratulations to the VFW this years winner and thank you to all the volunteers who made this event a success.
